Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
What is your terms of delivery?
FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Can you provide samples?
What is the MOQ for lamp ballast?
The minimum order quantity for lamp ballast is 50pcs. If it is a customized product, the minimum order quantity is 200pcs.
Do you have after-sales service?
Of course, we do. Especially for customers who order lamp ballasts, we will return to visit our customers to see how they use the products. This is the driving force for the continuous development of our business.
When can I receive customized samples?
It generally takes 7-15 working days to make samples.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by email, fax, or call us. But please include the following: company name, company address, email address and also model number.
How can I know my order’s production progress?
If it is a regular stock product, we can ship it within 3-7 days. If there are not enough products in stock, we will accurately inform you of the shipping date. If it is a customized product, we will communicate with you at every link, so that you can keep abreast of the production progress of the product.
What are the payment options?
